Welcome to my blogsite. Yes its my blog and website all rolled up in one!
I'm a wedding photographer in Cleveland Ohio.
It all started about 10 years ago. This is when I fell in love with photography. It was back when eBay got started and me being the geek that I am had tons of action figures to get rid of. So I became an eBayer and started slinging toys. Didn't take me long to get bored with the photos I was taking and wanted to make them better. So with my point and shot and a pair of flash lights I started playing around and reading up on photography. I got to tell you that little camera and flash lights got me by for a few years. Next thing you know I had my first DSLR and started taking it to local shows and making friends with bands. That had grown to the bigger shows and what a blast that was. I still shoot shows from time to time and have a blast doin it.One day a friend of mine asked me to shoot his wedding. The day of that wedding was the day I found out what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.

Im back and ready for another great year of wedding and all types photography. 2009 was awesome!! and with the crapy weather here in Cleveland it is always fun to take a look back. I would like to share with you some of my favorite wedding photos of 2009

Amanda and Kyle what a fun couple. I first meet Amanda she was a bridesmaid in Jennifer’s wedding last year. I found out that day that she was getting married as well. So I was thinking it would be nice to do there wedding to. Later on that night at the reception Kyle and Amanda was the funnest and craziest couple on the dance floor. Now I was thinking I’ve got to shoot this wedding!!
I cant wait for the day!!!
We did this shoot in downtown Cleveland E 4th street area which I love!!!
Traci and Chuck’s wedding was the last wedding of the year for me. What a awesome couple to end the wedding season with. They had a great idea of having there wedding at the Embassy Suits. There they can have the wedding, the reception and a place for friends and family a place to crash when all was said n done. Now thats an all in one package!!! Traci and Chuck I wish you all the best.
This was the second time this year I was able to shoot a friend’s wedding. Ben lived in the apartment upstairs from me with his sister back when he was a wild ass teenager. Ah the good old days!!! But now he’s all grown up and married. Wow time just flys hu?!? Ben and Michelle are a great couple and I wish them the best of luck.

Ok this was the last photo of the night. As you can see the reception was a bit out of control. I would have been disapointed if it wasn’t

Alissar and Tom’s wedding was in Cleveland. This is one of those weddings I was looking forward to all year. The date of the wedding was on Halloween. I know from the beginning that this wasn’t going to be a Halloween themed wedding Allie made sure of that. But I wasnt expecting was how great there family was. The wedding was full of Arabic traditions making it interesting and fun.

Brett and Suzanne got married at St. Clarence Church in North Olmsted. The whole day went off without a hitch. Makes me wish that they all went this smoothly. This was kind of a mile stone for me. I am starting to get to the point where Im doing weddings for friends and family from wedding I’ve done before and that is just a great filling. You see the the blond in the photos is the Maid of Honor her name is Kelley she was a Brides Maid at a wedding in the beginning of this summer and she had a lot to do with me getting both of these wedding. I just wish I could have shoot her wedding because she and her husband freaking rock I just know it had to have been a blast. Now theres a twist on “always a brides maid never a bride” tale in there for me lol.
Brett and Suzanne where wonderful to work with and are great people. They wanted to do photos in Cleveland witch I love even tho it was a bit chilly out we pulled it off.

This is a wedding I soon will not forget. We started the day at Kate and Nick’s house. they had no qualms about seeing each other before the wedding. Which normally makes everything go smoother. But this day was a bit different. Yes it was a rainy day this is Cleveland you know and with no end in sight. But there was a backup plan!!! I am not going to tell you what the plan was lets see if you can figure it out. The rain didn’t seem to faze Kate at all I think I was freaking out more about it than she was. We did the photos before the ceremony to save on time. The ceremony and reception was held at Carrie Cerinos and so the Guest would not be waiting around for us to get done it was best done before hand. the reception was a huge party with a live band that is the way to go!!! good times!!!

Wow it has been over a month since my last post. I am sorry about that I have been having trouble with the site. It was really making me pull my hair out trying to figure out what was wrong but with some help from ProPhoto Blog we got it figured out. Now my only problem is digging out of this post production hole that I am in. okay I’m done whining let’s get to some photos HU!?!
I shot this wedding a few months ago and was debating to post it at all. This was the worst wedding of the season!! Really the fact that I had to spend the whole day with these people just makes my skin crawl. Not to mention their loud drunken friends. The bride was so uptight and stressed I felt like I was in a episode of Bridezilla. she was bossing people around and yelling “this is my day I’ll do what I want” I mean really. And on top of that she was hitting on me every chance she got. The groom he was a piece of work. All day long he was yawning yes yawning I can still hear it in my head that loud “OOHHHHMMM” sound was driving me crazy it’s like come on dude this is the biggest day of your life get with it. His response to that “hey have you seen my wife pretty hot hu”? you’ve got to be kidding me. So anyway here is their stupid pictures.

okay I got to let the cat out of the bag. Everything I said about this couple is just a joke. Tommy is one of my best friends. We moved up here from Texas together and is like family. When I found out that they were getting married there was no doubt that I was going to shoot it. Melissa told me when I posed this I better not write anything cheesy like ” Oh they were so laid back”. So I ran with it he he!!! but really I had a blast I have almost forgotten what it’s like to be a guest at a wedding good times I felt like uncle Bob with the camera!!!

Audry and La had their wedding at Holden Arboretum in Kirtland Ohio. This was a perfect spot for their wedding. They are definitely the Green type which is awesome. I would love to do more weddings here because the scenery is just beautiful. The day was perfect for an outdoor wedding not too hot not to cold and no rain in sight.

This you’ve got to see very cool. Wood rings!!! how cool is that. I have never seen rings like this before and that’s what makes it so freaking cool I love it. They were made by Gustov at Simply Wood Rings

I had a blast at this wedding La and Audry were fun and goofy and made my job easy. They are that couple you just know were made for each other.
